Paramesh Paul

Paramesh Paul was born and raised in West Bengal in 1970, in a family of traditional potters, where he learned to create representations of the Almighty in clay. Growing up in a highly artistic atmosphere, Paramesh became interested in art and creativity from a young age. His paintings are a divine confluence of faith, religion, serenity, honesty, and architecture. An ISKON devotee, Paramesh’s paintings gravitate towards the stories from Hindu mythology and ancient Indian cities, holy cities. His paintings frequently include the majestic Ganga River, the Ganga Ghats, and the holy city of Banaras as their backdrops. In the last few years, Paramesh has successfully established himself in both domestic and international art circles by having his work displayed in several exhibitions.
